Tianmei MWC7.8-0.32L Mining Excavator for Underground Operations

Underground mining environments often
       involve restricted working spaces and
       demanding excavation requirements.
       The Tianmei MWC7.8-0.32L mining hydraulic
       excavator is designed to support roadway
       construction, maintenance and excavation
       in confined underground conditions.

Featuring a lightweight structure,
       low center of gravity and crawler traveling
       system, the machine offers a compact
       equipment configuration. This version
       features a two-section working arm.

Its overall dimensions are
       3200 × 1650 × 1780 mm, with an operating
       weight of 7800 kg ±5%.

The MWC7.8-0.32L is equipped with an
       80 kW explosion-proof diesel engine.
       According to the product specifications,
       its exhaust emissions comply with
       China's National III standard.

The load-sensing hydraulic system
       and pilot valve controls support smooth
       machine operation. With a hydraulic
       system pressure of 27.5 MPa and a bucket
       capacity of 0.32 m³, the excavator is
       configured for underground digging and
       material handling.

The machine provides a maximum digging
       force of at least 50 kN.

The excavator supports roadway floor
       excavation, drainage ditch construction,
       loose coal removal, floor leveling,
       rock excavation and loading operations.

It is also suitable for auxiliary
       excavation tasks in horizontal and
       inclined underground mine roadways.

A front-mounted dozer blade supports
       roadway leveling and machine stabilization.
       The equipment also supports quick
       attachment changes for different
       working requirements.

The MWC7.8-0.32L is equipped with a
       wireless remote-control system, allowing
       operators to perform designated tasks
       separately from the machine.

Together with its compact crawler structure
       and two-section arm configuration,
       the excavator provides an equipment
       option for underground mining projects
       requiring roadway maintenance and
       excavation capabilities.
